I highly recommend riding the carousel before turning in your daily quests for the WHEE! buff. Unlike the anniversary item, the buff *does* apply to quest turn ins. I was getting 180 reputation for the Operation: Shieldwall quests (10% from guild bonus + 10% from WHEE! buff) instead of the base 150 reputation.

I don't know if the buff is wiped on death (I've been doing my dailies super late, so usually no Horde interference). If it's a gankfest out there, you may want to do the dailies, port to Stormwind, grab the buff, take the portal from Stormwind to Jade Forest, then fly back and turn in the quests.

I read earlier that the buff does not persist through death....just what i read havent tested it.
