"raid group 2" v2

greetings. since the other thread was getting a bit long, and we're at a bit of a transition phase with the second raid group, i figured i'd start a new thread. invites for tuesday are up, we'll try 7:30 - 10:30ish this week and see how that works out. invites are now limited to the raider rank. if you are interested in raiding, but did not receive and invite and / or are not ranked as a raider, it is probably because of one of the reasons in the fa in cataclysm thread.
anywho, if we can get a group together we'll start on halfus as usual.

I would love to see Waterdrop and Evilintent sign up to heal this. I get a stiffy everytime I see a Druid/Priest/Paladin healer combo.

Well I hear Sxy is out for awhile so you can be that 3rd healer! We need to get the guys in group 2 to start looking at the forums. I expected more replies to this thread.

With the exception of last week it's been Water, sxy and myself healing. If the group would benifit having a pally healer in place of my shammy I would have no problem bowing out. Anything to help youre unit

No no. Sxy is afk for awhile because of a family illness. They will need you. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to confuse anybody. Jeff is running the show and will decide the group make up, I just get all warm and fuzzy inside when I think of Pally/Priest/Druid healing combo. Evil got to pop his Halfius cherry with us last night and he did well. If he can raid Tue/Thur then he could take sxy's spot for now and you guys can go Sham/Pally/Priest.

Regrettably, I can't bring my fiery pewpew to the 7:30 time slot on Tuesdays. I take my daughter to karate class at 6:30 and it gets out at 7:30 on the nose, so 8 always worked out perfectly.

i neglected to remember that today is st. patrick's day, so if you'd rather be out drinking guinness or whatever your favorite beverage happens to be, that is an acceptable excuse for missing the raid
if we do have enough people, we'll at least get some attempts in on the trons, but we'll still probably cut the raid short and end at 9:30ish.

greetings. a couple things i want to mention.
first, we're getting to the point where we generally have more people than can be accommodated with this group. i will try rotate people in, but i don't want to impede the progress we're making by changing up the group too much, so we'll see how it works out. also, i don't intend to bring alts as a general rule unless necessary. i appreciate when people are able to fill in when we're missing something, but i will always default to bringing a main. this leads to the question of whether or not we should start up a third raid, but i'll make a separate thread for that.

also, hockey playoffs are upon us. for those not aware, i'm a pretty rabid hockey fan, and therefore i will be watching all of the penguins game. for the most part, this probably won't affect my raiding schedule since the games are usually over by 7:30. however, if a game goes into overtime, it doesn't end until someone scores, which can be after five minutes or possibly a couple hours. the chances of me skipping overtime playoff hockey to play wow are right around zero, so i'll apologize in advance if i'm mia for the beginning, or all, of a raid. i'll try to at least post a message if it doesn't look like i'll make it on time, and if someone else wants to take over putting the group together and / or just take my spot, please feel free to do so.

yeah, sorry guys i have had some complicated schedules where i didn't want to dedicate just in case and to be perfectly honest some weeks i just really don't want to raid but i love to on occasion and 2 times a week is usually sufficient for me .
