I dunno. It looks too good to be true. I look over that list and see them finally allowing flying in Azeroth, finally filling in those empty zones (Gilneas, Hyjal, etc. etc.) and its like "This is a wish list of what we've wanted for so long". Which is why it seems a bit unbelievable.

I'm also concerned by the destruction of existing content. The previous 2 expansions just expand on the world by adding new areas and slightly modifying existing ones. This one if true is going to destroy a lot of the old world. I don't like when they remove content :(

Also curious how they're gonna handle cities with regards to flying. In Outland and Northrend its a non-issue. The only two cities are sanctuaries. But, are Horde going to be able to just fly into Stormwind and pick people off from the top of buildings while the broken NPC guards watch helplessly? Cities probably ought to be no-fly zones imo.

Revamping old dungeons too? LOL. Revamping them so we can actually zone into them? :P

I'm trying not to get too excited/upset since this is just a "leak" and potentially could be largely BS, but it plays into all the rumors we've been hearing over the years.

[Edit]
Random thought. Since I see it says most of the lvl 81-85 leveling will take place in "Revamped areas" and since they're outright destroying a few zones, I wonder how that'll effect the Loremaster achievement. Damn, I need a complete list of whats going on. Never done Barrens, Silithus, Stonetalon Mountains, Ashenvale quests... Silverpine, Tirisfal, Mulgore... Maybe I'll quit raiding a month and go back to play that old content while its still there.

It's a beautiful zone. I did a handful of the Horde quests there. But its just too big. Now that lvl 20's can get mounts though, it may not be so bad.

Hope you all enjoyed your stats. They're getting rid of MP5, spell power, attack power, defense, and shield block. NO idea what's going to be on the gear now.

They don't like how there's all these stats diluting gear and also trying to go back to a more classic raiding. Where you didn't need a spreedsheet just to tell if a drop is better.

Personally I welcome it. I miss the days where a drop off a new boss was an upgrade and you weren't sitting there trying to decide if the gain off X made up for the loss of Y.

They going to give tanks a talents to make instant defense capped cause of the whole having to pass on obvious upgrades just because you'd lose too much defense

The stuff I'm seeing on the floor is sweet btw. Played worgon and it was cooler than I expected.going to try goblin tommorow.

They also said they learned from naxx that people don't nessarillu like spending there whole week in one place cause there is sooo many bosses. Sounds like they goingto launch with a bunch of smaller raids like in bc

It doesn't seem to be the case, but the keep mentioning the use of phasing. Will the old world (as it is now) be available at all via phasing?

Also there is still a lot of stats for gear

Stam, strength, int, agi, spirit, hit, crit, expertese, block, haste, parry, spell pen

Armor penetration is being rolled into a new stat
Mp5 was a stat added later in classic to fix mana issues and noone likes atm
Spell power and attack power are still stats just not planned to be on gear (int and agi will increase) and they talked about chance of special rings with AP on them for specific clases.

Sounds like old world is changed for everyone and that's that

Although I haven't seen many places talk about this but they said not every zone is gettng wtfpwned by the event. A lot of the zones being affected are ones people hate or generally avoid like stonetallon, darkshore, deolace.

They said there will be zones where the only difference will be minor terrain change and not once did they say every quest from 0-60 will be new. Seems like it's the duskwallow revamp on a grander scale where they making the old world flow better by fixing hated zones.

I hope the question is asked tommorow for clarification
