I think it was Draven that put up a poll on what raid days / nights worked best for everyone. I can't seem to find it or I would check it again but I dont even think he got 25 responses.

The only answer to our problem with lack of raids is to recruit. And not just 3 or 4 people but more like 10 or 15. Then we have 30-35 people on for raid nights and we give dkp to all the raiders including the ones on standby and if someone goes afk we just rotate them out and keep on going.
Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... me.

there were less than 15 responses to the survey, so it wasn't particularly useful for anything except determining that there weren't any raid times that were good for everyone.

imho, using dkp as an incentive / reward for raiding itself doesn't make a lot of sense, but i've never been a fan such things anyway. people either show up or they don't, i don't think adding some imaginary numbers somewhere is going to make much of a difference.

If people aren't showing up, it's because they can't for whatever reason (RL, or whatnot). Maybe one or two don't show up because they think we're not going to run so why bother logging in (which is stupid). Giving out DKP isn't going to fix anything.

As for changing the raid nights, does anyone see 25+ *raiders* (not just people online) at any other point during the week?
