I would kill for a BWL, Naxx, AQ20 and AQ40 raid, I have never finished any of them and have not even been in a couple, especially seeings how they're changing Naxx soon, I'd just like to see what it was like.

We should especially do them after 3.0 when the achivement system is in game and we can get credit. :D Although, i'd love to do these old raids again any time. Esp. BWL.

I've seen AQ40, cleared MC, seen a cleared Naxx, but I've never been to BWL. I'd love to.

So no sex for you till 80, I'm assuming? Wives kick ass, lol

Well I would love to goto Naxx, I have seen a clear of AQ20/40 when I used to run with Masquers. But I have seen some of BWL and 2 bosses in Naxx so whenever you guys would like to get something together just post away. Still think we should check out Naxx thats for sure lots of Mind controlling in there which makes it fun :) BWL is lots of fun as well, there is the ony cloak which people used for one of the bosses I forgot who but it was highly recommended at that time of the fight because I remember getting booted just for that boss fight because I had no ony cloak

The Naxxramas zerg that I attended recently didn't employ any of the classic strategy we used back in the day.  One of the warriors tanked Razuvious straight up >_<; so no mind control there.  Similarly for Faerlina, they just nuked down the adds; no mind control there either.  No healing rotation was needed for Loatheb; no tank swapping needed for Gluth.  Everyone just stood on top of Heigan and ate the mana burn; no dancing was performed (note that I still attempted to do the Heigan dance, but died since I forgot where some of the splash boundaries were).  Anub'rekhan was not kited.  Mobs were killed so quickly on Gothik that we didn't need shackle/polymorph/fear assignments (same for Noth).  If we want to do Naxxramas 'properly', we'd probably have to get more FA people attuned and run it with a moderately sized group where we can't just overpower the bosses/trash. -HP

MC was fun when we did it, i got to melee 3 bosses and wiped the raid
BWL = attunement again, even thought it's mega-easy. But i've run that place more times then i'd like to admit, also suppression room, UGH.
AQ40 = no attunement, but there is not 1 fight in there that I like, although I never did the big eye. Suppression room part 2, UGH
Naxx = costly attunement, only saw 2 bosses wouldn't mind doing it one night, but...Suppression room part 3, WTF I'm more looking foward to Naxx at 80, even if it's the same. Also we'll see how raiding goes during the leveling process as i'm probably going to do DK then hunter. I guess some old raids on the DK could be fun.

2 weeks ago I got attuned for MC, BWL, Ony, and Naxx.  Its not really that hard if you want to do it, so if anyone has the urge hit me up and we can go do it.

Whew, this thread sure got derailed.

Although I'm fairly undecided which direction I'll go in wrath, I'm currently thinking pally -at least while grouping. And maybe ez-mode hunter because, well, it's easy. Then again, maybe I'll just scrap it all and go full on deathknight.

I'm apt to agree with Chuunks earlier post, I'll personally be racing to the level cap on my Warrior and my Hunter, then I will worry about rep and crafting etc.. . As far as old world instances, other than the gee whizz factor I don't see the point when there is totally new content that has value in terms of exp. and gear. Thandren brought up a good point when he mentioned that the TBC content will still add exp. for quite a few levels and I'm sure some of the Sunwell loot will be good for a few levels into the mid 70's.  From what I've seen of the new talent tree's it's looking like warriors will be a viable dps class and not relegated to tanking so much in a group/raid setting, besides everyone is going to be LF Deathknight/tank for groups. I have no intention of rolling a Deathknight the class doesn't appeal to me and will wait to see what Blizz offers up later for hero class. Then again Warhammer will be out and unless it is total fail like AoC................. .

Gonna derail the thread again. I got attuned to Ony/BWL/Nax last week, all in one night, so like John said, it's super easy. I'm willing to help with it too if anyone needs it. And yeah, I really want to do those instances, badly. I only did AQ40 once or twice, and AQ20 twice. I did MC a lot, which I really liked.

I kinda see suppression room as being a total joke now, especially if it was with a Paladin tank, wouldn't you think? I am really, really interested in doing BWL semi-regularly as one of my dreams is for Ofie to have full Judgement, since I think it's the coolest looking tier set in the game. Anyone who wants to start up a regular thing, let me know...I'm totally down.

The supression room isn't bad because of the mobs, it's bad because of the suppression. With our 0-1 rogues per raid it would be painful at best. Plus don't the mobs have a stacking fire vulnerability debuff? PLUS the whole raid needs ony cloaks for the drakes and nef. Yes the shadowflame will still wipe the raid. The dot does 17500 damage on the LOW end and is undispellabe.  I still would prefer not to go back there.
