use the arrow keys to move you (or WSAD) down to the bottom corner -- which will be the back of the room. Then when you turn into a ghost -- use the number keys (or click to get used to it) for your abilities, you have to kill the ghosts before they get into the raid.

But for strategy -- you want to frost nova, then ice lance each one in turn for the slowing effect.  Then keep cycling between the 4 -- it applies 3 times to each, and you dont want it to run out on any of them.  Just keep cycling that and you win. More advanced techniques would involve using the AOE right before your frost nova. When we do the fight -- I hear it's best to do your frost nova -- then run in front of the constructs and point yourself backwards, that way if one gets lost in the rotation, he's not out of range of the ice lance.
