greetings! the raider survey results thus far are as follows, i've added some thoughts on the results and a tentative schedule for december at the end.

these results surprised me a bit, depending on how "at whatever rate the group is capable of" is defined, as mythic progression has not been a focus in recent memory. using mythic ny'alotha as an example we got through the easy bosses, hit a wall at the less easy bosses, and therefore never got to the hard bosses. if that is what everyone considers "at whatever rate the group is capable of" to be that is fine. if people are looking to progress further into mythic then a few things need change, and if that is the case i will put together a list of what i think those things are and we can go from there.

it seems like there is some interest in expanding to three days a week, the most popular candidates being tuesday / wednesday / thursday.

based on these answers i would vote for 7:30 - 10:30 pm pacific as that seems to accommodate everyone fairly well.

overall i think things will stay mostly the same as always starting out in castle nathria as i expect december to be relatively slow for progression due to holidays and vacations and people still gearing. i would expect the tentative raid schedule for december to look like:

raid times: 7:30 - 10:30 pm pacific
tuesday 12/8: normal castle nathria
thursday 12/10: depending on how tuesday goes, normal castle nathria or it may be more useful to split into mythic / mythic+ groups
tuesday 12/15: normal castle nathria
thursday 12/17: normal castle nathria
tuesday 12/22: normal castle nathria / maybe heroic
tuesday 12/29: normal castle nathria / maybe heroic

it may or may not make sense to add some wednesday raids, and then going into january we have some things to decide. i forgot to ask about mythic+ shenanigans but it seems like sunday / monday should still work and / or maybe wednesday as well. there is also the possibility of creating two raid groups with different progression goals, which would alter pretty much everything above.
