Crawling </3
So my old phone the one with my account authenticator is broken now and i bought a new one and i can't log in and i sent so many authenticator removal requests already, but they haven't sent any emails or anything yet, took a picture of the id for it and stuff like they wanted but nope nothing.
Re: Crawling </3
I have a keychain authenticator; I don't use the smartphone one. Does the smartphone one have an identification number like the one printed on the back of the keychain one?
In any case, I'd suspect that the Blizzard account folks are swamped with all of the new/returning players who managed to botch their accounts when Mists of Pandaria came back (e.g., came back to the game after a year and forgot where their authenticator is). I'd probably give it a day or two before panicking about how long it is taking. If the process were too easy, I'd actually be more worried about social engineering like what happened at XBox Live.

On a really weird note, this was today's xkcd. Yeah, you should definitely call them. I'm pretty sure if you call outside of Blizzard's customer support hours, their answering machine will tell you their regular hours.
