I have recently come back to wow after a long break (4-5 years) spent the last 2 months doing pvp to gear my Druid (ILVL 465) and some mythic keys I am looking for a core progression group to push current content in BFA and SL

What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.
The lat time I raided was in wrath my guild had all naxx wings cleared and OS I never did litch king on heroic while it was current but I did normal full clear

Something is better than nothing if you cant afford BIS gems or enchants even lesser chants and gems are better than nothing.

depending on how you define progression we may or may not be what you're looking for. we generally fall under #2 as we usually don't have enough people, time, or interest for mythic progression.

and flasks, in your case greater flask of endless fathoms, usually provided by cauldrons
and food, usually provided by feasts
