alrighty, it looks like we have a group:
zanz: prot paladin
draven: assassination rogue
crusher: arms? warrior
lilas: shadow priest
inori?: disc?

not an ideal group composition, but it should be fine.

restorative amber is the best for regenerating mana.

we can use drums of forgotten kings for stats instead of kings so we can use might. i have a lot of icy dragonscales, but i don't have any borean leather, although i believe it is relatively easy to farm from the first part of the oculus.

i've started farming shrooms for invisibility potions, but i'm not sure we'll need them with shroud of concealment.

drums of speed will be useful, i have knothide leather but not wind scales.

we can use drums of rage for fake hero, they are easy to make.

everyone should have g91 landsharks. unfortunately i've just been destroying all of the ones i get from bling, but they are easy to make.

battle horn is good for gathering trash.

everyone will also need their own flasks (personal not guild please) and dps potions. i have an elixir master if anyone needs flasks made, and potions should be cheap since flowers are almost worthless these days.

order of difficulty easiest to hardest is apparently:
gate of the setting sun / scholomance / scarlet halls
temple of the jade serpent / shado-pan monastery / stormstout brewery
siege of niuzao temple / mogu'shan palace / scarlet monastery

I'd like to try on a druid at some point (currently resto). Don't really like any of the other challenge mode sets.
