This is a huge loss to the guild... you will be sorely missed. But we do understand that family comes first and maybe... just maybe, we'll see you after a while?

My 2 cents on the subject.... To run a raid of any kind every wow player has to invest time into the effort. A PUG's time is worth the same as any guildies time. Therefore, any reward or potential for reward must be equal across both sets of people. It is for this reason I have refused to run a raid...

YES, We will most definatly be doing full guild raids. While many are 5 man, there are also 25 man raids which I fully anticipate the guild taking part in.

Thats a fantastic mod to have. I think (but could be wrong) that only one person in the raid needs to have it as the raid warnings are what are transmitted through it. In other words, only the raid leader or an "A" would need to have it for the whole raid to benifit.
