Forged Alliance

Like I stated in the Hunters forums I do not like where Blizz is heading with hunters in the next Xpac. I'm also trying to keep to one toon so I'm lest likely to get burned out and disappear. While I do enjoy Shootin's Pew Pew, I spend more time on Stank and enjoy the warrior's gameplay and versitility.
I would like to have Stank to now be my main raider as I will be putting Shootin on the shelf for the time being.

j/k I don't blame you, shelved my hunter for a long time too.

please forgive me for what may or may not be a stupid question, but if you're concerned about what blizz may or may not be doing in the expansion, why would you switch now at the end of wotlk instead of the beginning of cataclysm? i can understand wanting to switch toons, but that reasoning seems a bit odd to me, since a lot will change between then and now with all of the classes. just curious

I see a lot of this coming up in the future if we continue to only get the front 4. I'm sure most of us already have everything we need from them. Maybe its time to consider extending our 25man lockouts.

I guess I just enjoy the warrior more? I feel I have more control in my actions, which in turn cut's down on the "huntard" moments and you have all seen what happens when I do that:) My very 1st toon was an undead warrior and wish I didn't get drunk one night a delete him, damn whiskey!
I am more than willing to take shootin if it will help with the raid makeup, but want to start running with Stank.

Everyone is free to bring whatever toon they want. However this is going to mean we need more hunters even more desperately.

I say bring what you want to bring... Raid make up isnt as important as bodies right now or we would have people bringing alts to make sure things are done differently. For instance we have no ele shaman coming and yet i know that there are a few ele shaman alts that people could bring. We rarely have a boomkin yet i know there are a few boomkin alts that people could bring. We could use a ret pally and i know people have those as well. My point is we need bodies more than we care about make up right now so bring what you want imo unless it is a mage.... we need another mage like we need a hole in the head.

Hey good idea, I have a fairly new 80 mage I can bring. Sweet! I will start playing Myrdinn again when they don't make my toon look like a treant with a necklace!

Your warrior is geared. You can dps and tank if ever needed. Obviously you enjoy playing your warrior more than the hunter. If it will keep you playing/raiding Tuesday & Thursday nights I say go for it. I support the change.

What's wrong with trees having necklaces? I like my necklace...it's sparkly
