So I read the zone buff hit today, 5% to dmg/stam/healing should be hot, and its set to increase over time

In other news, the PTR shows a new 4 piece set bonus for priest healing T10. Noooooooo!

NEWS: If you talk to King Varian Wrynn who appears at the beginning, he can remove the buff. Once removed the buff *CANNOT* be regained until the next raid lockout. In theory if you're not saved you could soft reset, but if you are saved you're boned. So make sure no one talks to him.
