So , have a stack of Trial of Conquest badges, and i really want an heirloom item. Does anyone know if we will be able to convert down from Trial of Conquest once 3.3 is out? Tempted to liquidate them otherwise.

You should be able to do that now. There is a currency exchange guy in the sewers.
