Well, to those of you who stuck it out, thanks for coming.  Everyone can now see what some of the fights are like if you didn't know before.  I think before we try again a couple of things need to happen to ensure a little easier time of it.  We did get one chest though and I guess that is a start.   First of all, we will not go Monday nights again.  There seems to be too little interest in the guild amongst those not already going, and of those people that can go, not enough people can stay late.   Also, this Monday I really wanted to make SOMETHING happen to get things moving, but from now on we won't be going unless we have a full guild group, and I definitely won't be pugging healers for it again.  Also the configuration will change for now, I should have gone with 3 healers from the start, especially if a few people don't know these fights very well.   So that being said, we need to find a new night that people have interest in.  If you are one of the people who have interest in the group, post a couple nights that would be your preference.

If not Monday then Saturday or Sunday would be best for Rathr and I. Starting earlier would also help. Now that RL has started early bed times are a must. And I agree with you that we should run with 3 healers to start. I've never heard of Bear runs with 3 healers, but considering our progress..........

I can give you some thoughts re:healing from my (extensive) experience healing this instance.  2 healers is hard.  Real hard.  Both healers need to be top notch, not only in terms of gear, but situational awareness and synergy with the other healer.  It really helps to have 2 healers that know each other and know each others styles.  For example, I know which healers in our guild forget to heal themselves, and which ones dispel quicker than others.  I don't think class matters as much for the timed events.  Yes you need at least 1 aoe healer, but you could do it with 2 priests, 2 shaman, or a priest and a druid or a shaman and a druid.  Shamans and paladins are probably the worst choices because they don't have the amazing spirit based regen of the other healing classes, and any time sitting and drinking is time lost on the event.  If they are good, they can deal with it, but it is a concern nonetheless.  By far the most important part is the players knowing the event and knowing each other and playing well together in my opinion.  I have been running this thing for god, a few months now and just now are we approaching the bear mount.  Only in the last 3 weeks have we consistently achieved 3 chests.  We have had a pretty consistent group, and now we finally ironed out the kinks and are able to run with 2 healers and have a realistic shot at the bear.   Super high dps is also really really good.  Things die fast = less intensive on the healers = win.  Anyways, thats it for the unsolicited advice :)
