Secrets of the Empire/Titan Runestones

Just so that folks know, the chance for Secrets of the Empire and Titan Runestone are shared. I got the 20th secret on my rogue off Lei Shen in LFR. I wrapped up that part of the quest, then went back in and killed Lei Shen again and did not get a runestone.
