Hi, I was wondering how raid signups work here for ZA. The assumption I'm getting from the forums is that people are in Group 1, 2, etc and they do it on a specific night. Are there any groups that need a mage dps?

29 views and not one reply guys .... tsk tsk tsk Basically each Kara group has a few core members with the remaining spots being taken by anyone available at that time, so keep an eye out for Kara raid posts on nights you're free and stick your name down, they do require you to have decent gear (kara in greens = not fun), gems and enchants on items you are using, and plenty of consumables; potions, stat food, bandages etc. As for the deleting posts thing .... I wish I knew how to do it myself lol, apparently you have to be real nice to someone around here to get the ability to delete or edit posts *wink wink*

Not sure if you meant ZA or Kara, but ZA is a little more tricky because of the 3 day reset timer, so its hard to schedule multi-night raids.  Up till this week we have just been going when we see 2 tanks and 3 healers online (then just fill in with the highest dps), usually Dudepal or I have been organizing the runs.  This week we started a scheduled monday night run which is pretty full, but you never know if someone cant make it.  As for Kara.... What D said   A good start might be to post your availability and see if anyone needs a dps for a group they are getting together.

That's a great suggestion! Thank you all for answering my question I can't play WoW this week because I have to go out of town for work but will be posting availability when I get back. I don't know how I'll survive! Maybe I'll listen to the Blizzard podcast? pfft /snort
