What is the basic reforging strategy for your character?
After hit and Expertise cap, then reforge to mastery>parry>dodge

since the threat patch, this is no longer the case, as hit and expertise were greatly devalued. your best stat now will always be mastery and then you should try to keep dodge and parry relatively equal, so for example on your chest you should be reforging expertise to mastery instead of parry to mastery. another example is your bracers, on those dodge can be reforged to mastery. it's probably not something you should worry about for anything under a 353 item though.
also, your gloves should be enchanted with mastery and gemming for straight stam isn't ideal, but again since it's a 346 it's not something to worry about until you get an upgrade.

otherwise, i think everything else looks pretty good. as for alts, play whatever you enjoy most
