Looks like you've done (some of) your gear homework. I wont pretend I know resto druids -- but a few things stick out right away.   Questionable (and poverty!) gem choices -- and lacking enchants on your gear.  Yet you answered "Of course" on your application.  +5 mana on your chest?  hehe  +defense on heal gear?  owwwww Fix those things -- I'm pretty sure there's room for you on our Weds/Thurs raids.  You should talk to Myrdinn/Handsomo/Sxycore/Xaney in game and see what they recommend, they are our raiding resto druids.    

I talked to you in game, and am gonna go ahead and invite ya.  Like I said, you gotta work your way into 25's, you need to work on gear (enchants and gems), and maybe even the pvp arena spec.
