Makes sense. However, there may be reasons that someone can't devote the 4-hours or so towards a raid. That's perfectly fine, however, we just need to know who is going to make it and who is not so we know how many PUGs we may need to pick up. Too many times are we all saying to each other "Is so-and-so going to make it?"... with the response being a unanimous "I dunno." Those that notify us ahead of time, thanks... those that don't.. please try to.With that said... Is our official invite time 7pm now? I know there are some in the guild that cannot make it until 8pm, and that's sometimes unavoidable, but we should at least know by 7:15 everyone's status and when they expect to be on. After that.. we start looking for PUGs to fill the unknown slots. Thoughts?

That sounds good to me, also it would be good if everyone had at least one persons cell phone number in the guild to shoot a text message to if they are running late or what not. Obviously, there are RL events that you don't want to be getting 20 calls from at 7:15 asking if you are going to make it, but just for 1 way communication via text message, the buddy system works pretty well
or IM or whatever you kids have on your fancy cell phones these days.

Gathgor is my only 60 on this server and I left my lowbie alts in the Mutilators. When I make up my first level Shammy next week, does this guild want him or her in FA? Do we have a level requirement to be in the guild?

My thought - I will probably have my new alt in FA just for ease of organizing runs, seeing who's online etc. I am sure most of us will roll Dranei when the exp pack comes out, so why not quest together and such. It makes it much easier to do that when in the same guild.
