throne of thunder lockout

greetings! out of curiosity, does anyone have a throne of thunder lockout? i'm finally on the heart of the thunder king part of the legendary chain, need to kill lei shen, and of course refuse to run lfr. i suspect i'll have to use open raid, but i figured i'd check anyway.

i now have a lockout on lei shen if anyone else needs it, or if enough people still need titan runestones on alts or whatever it may be worthwhile to farm him every week.
