Curious. Who would be interested / could participate in a "Late" raiding group. Late as in starting 8 or 9 server (11 or 12 eastern). Maybe something like 2 nights a week on whatever nights the main group isn't going.

We flex'd the first four bosses with Pinkbird last night. Flex is the bomb -- we cross realmed Bristae into the raid and started with 11 people. When he had to leave early, the raid dropped down to 10 people without a hitch. Since the flex lockout isn't exclusive to normal, all of those slackers in the normal raid that don't have alts, *cough* Eric *cough*, can bring their main to the flex raid and not totally waste their time (even if someone has all the loot they want from normal mode, the flex bosses always give valor and the fail bags seem to give out 100g pretty often).
I can probably do a late raid on most nights.
