5. None of the above, please explain: I play this game to raid. I love PVE. I'm good at PVP as well, and enjoy that, but PVE is what makes this game for me. Not just because of the satisfaction of downing content (though that's good as well) but for the social aspect, making friends, and overcoming difficult things in an enjoyable setting. I want to progress, I'm definitely into progression and moving as quickly as the group can, but still having a life. I have a wife, a dog, 2 jobs, and am in the Army to boot, so when it's time to raid I want to get stuff done, but when it's time to be with family I want to do that as well.
What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.
I started playing WoW during vanilla and raided in everything up until BC at which point I took a few years off (doing missionary work). I came back during WotLK and proceeded to learn everything I could about the new content. I quickly became the MT for my guilds 25man group, then after recruiting some more became our highest dps, then the head raid leader, then the joint GM. I raided everything during WotLK, downing almost every single hard mode boss in ICC, and RS. I'm not just concerned with "being at the top of the meters" but with helping everyone else achieve their greatest potential. I ended up taking a year off due to school (was finishing up my Bachelors) combined with working two jobs, and having some family things occur. Since I've been back I have completed 8/8 regular DS. I know that's not amazing, but my past experience should show that I'll have no problem completing the new hard mode instances.
Why did you leave your previous (current) guild?
I'm still in Endeavor, and though I really enjoy the people, it's time to move on. They're not going anywhere, and they're content to be that way. They don't really attempt progression, and they're disorganized. I love the people, but I play to play if you know what I mean.

How did you find out about our guild?
I've done a lot of research, both on wowprogress, as well as talking to random people in game. There's a lot of respect for FA on the server.
How many alts do you have and is this your main?
This is my main. I have many many alts: Ele Sham (85 named Salakar, decently geared) Survival hunter (currently horde, level 85, named Evalette), Warrior (Rhoric, level 83) and Jadyn (Horde as well, level 80, paladin). I also have a 76 druid.
What are your play times?
Currently I play every weekday from 4-7 server, as well as on the weekends (Saturday almost all day). I can also make time for two nights a week for raiding (I saw that a few of the progression groups raid on weeknights, twice a week-that's what I'm hoping for.)
Which of our raid times would you be able to make?
Any of the weeknight raids.
Would you be willing to sit out if it is necessary without a fuss?
Of course. If I'm not performing, or my class isn't going to be proper for the group makeup then I'll sit. I'll also bring alts if they're needed instead. I only ask that if I'm the best person for the slot I get invited.
Have you spent proper time and money into your gear / enchants / gems?
Yes, I should be perfectly enchanted/gemmed. If I'm not-let me know-hard.

What is the basic reforging strategy for your character?
First make sure you have the requisite 8% hit rating, then put everything else into Haste. Stat priority is 8% hit, Str, Haste, Master, Crit, Expertise
What is your favorite boss fight and why? What boss haven't you fought that you're looking forward to the most?
I really enjoy Madness right now, but my favorite of all time has been the Lich King, mostly because I'd been waiting for him for years, and the nostalgia of the thing was just so epic. Madness is my favorite because it has many variables. There's jumping around, movement, changing of targets, you have to keep your head about you. It's fun, fast paced, and it keeps me on my toes

Nothing that you missed, but I want to say that should you accept me I promise you wont regret it. I'm hardworking, dependable, and smart (at least my University thinks so, they just graduated me after all
