Which of the following best describes your raiding goals? The rest of your application will be judged based on the answer to this question.
1. Raid whenever you have time in whatever group is most convenient
2. Raid consistently in a normal mode group and maybe some heroics
3. Dedicated to progressing through heroics at whatever rate the group is capable of

I am a raider at heart, just because this is not my main does mean that I would not appreciate and respect the opportunity of progression. That being said I would be content with normal modes.


What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.

I am 2/8 heroic this tier, that is the most relevant and pertinent information I can provide. In addition I was 3/7H FIrelands last tier.

Why did you leave your previous (current) guild?
At the moment my rogue is an alt of my main (Horrific) and I would not be halting any play on him. Pursuing raiding with my rogue in tandem with my DK.

Does anyone in our guild know you?

Teknique/Ibarra knows me from Big, and I believe there are a few others I can't name off hand.

How many alts do you have and is this your main?
Not my main, I have 5 85s 2 80s and various low levels.
Horrific is my main, Carpet/shaman, Fantastic/Hunter (anything else lacks mention)

What are your play times?
Well Big raid times for one, I have zero workload consistently on Tuesday and a small amount on Thursday/Monday

Which of our raid times would you be able to make?
T/T or T/M

Would you be willing to sit out if it is necessary without a fuss?

Have you spent proper time and money into your gear / enchants / gems?

The utmost care has been taken to ensure that any gear not replaceable in the very near future is gemmed/enchanted to a proper degree. There are a few discontinuities to that statement, all of which can and will be fixed in the near future.
Raiders are expected to use consumables during raids. In the following categories what consumable would you use and why?
- Flask/Elixirs: Flask of the WInd
- Well Fed: 90 agility from whatever source
- Potion: 1200 agility/Potion of the Tol'vir


If you are DPS, what is the (spell) hit your character needs to be viable in a raid?
The basic melee hit cap for special attacks is vital, and although hit diminishes as a stat afterward it is still weighted above mastery.

What is the basic gemming strategy for your character?
Delicate Queen's Garnet/Inferno Ruby for any red slot, using Deft orange gems or Glinting purple gems to meet 20+ agility socket bonuses.

What is the basic reforging strategy for your character?
Preserve the most haste while reforging lesser stats (mastery crit) to meet the hit and expertise caps.

What is your favorite boss fight and why? What boss haven't you fought that you're looking forward to the most?
Heroic Hagara, lining up for the lightning in 25 man is an immensely satisfying feat of cooperation. Heroic Yor'Sahj looks to be an interesting fight, but is unfortunately pegged after Zon'ozz for 25man progression.

What boss mod(s) do you use?
DBM/Recount(turned off for most fights to avoid lag)

What website(s) do you use to read up on encounters proactively?
Tankspot/MMO-Champion, and specific threads on EJ

To note, I do not have a 318 belt, I am currently using the 397 VP belt.

Anything else we missed or you want to tell us?
I am a knowledgeable and skilled player who takes every aspect of the game seriously. The kind of serious that leads to exceptional gameplay, not the kind of serious that leads to drama and unnecessary elitism. As you might have noticed my rogue has a few aspects that need work. I am not really expecting to be put into the 3/8H group (but I leave that to your discretion). I can and will make every enrage requirement (heroic or regular) with my current level of gear, and show continual improvement beyond that. This is an alt, 8/8 is far more than I could ever hope for, but I have the skill and desire to push Heroic content if possible. Also I just wrote a Organic Chemistry lab report and some of this probably doesn't make sense, if that is the case just let me know I will explain whatever is necessary.

As far as raid performance goes he's great, and I will vouch for his skill. The gear on this guy makes me want to punch you through the computer though. Any desire at all to raid on your hunter?

Oh pff, give me two weeks on my rogue and I will be outdpsing my hunter regardless of gear...I didn't like the changes made to hunters (mainly that fucking 2p ). But as for gear, next VP reset I have another piece of 397 gear, I have both 2ps...I agree the helm is holding me back in that regard but its just luck in the new heroics. It isn't holding me back too much. If I have access to 8/8 every week and you will be pleasantly surprised at what I can do.

greetings, thanks for the app. with the exception of the things you've already mentioned it looks pretty good. the tuesday / monday group could probably use a rogue since our last one seems to have disappeared, but that would be up to inori. at the least we can probably get you started on the legendary quests so you can have some fun in gilneas. you should also probably fill out your sub spec, it's pretty useful on morchok and a couple other encounters.
anyway, track someone down in game and we can get you an invite.

Whoops about the Sub spec, fixed that. I have actually pick pocketed Hagara, but I don't have the 10k to spend on the daggers and for combat until stage 2 daggers regular or LFR No'kaled is better. Without a regular raid schedule I couldn't justify spending the money, but hopefully that is something i can reevaluate soon.

Since our resident rogue says it's fine, then it's fine.

G4, the Tu/Mon group can use a rogue or two. Since our legendary rogue has been MIA for three weeks, if you decide to pursue the legendary quest, the quest items are yours. Since Jeff is completing a legendary for the guild within G2, completing an additional legendary in G4 is not a priority for me, so you do not have to commit the gold on your alt until you are satisfied with raiding frequency.
