Do you understand that if you are accepted you will be given the Trial Raider rank? Yep
What is your raid experience? Everything pre-BC except Kel'Thuzad, Gruul/Mag/BT/Hyjal for BC, and everything in WotLK except some 25 Ulduar stuff.
Why did you leave your previous (current) guild? Perpetual Onslaught is a guild entirely of people who know each other outside of the game pretty much, and most are taking a break, but I wish to continue raiding.
Does anyone in our guild know you? Not that I know of.

How many alts do you have and is this your main? My main is a Rogue named Cronel, and I have 2 70s still sitting around.

Would you be willing to sit out if it is necessary without a fuss? Yep
Have you spent proper time and money into your gear / enchants / gems? For the most part. I haven't put in the time to get my better head/shoulder enchants, though.
Raiders are expected to bring consumables to raids. In the following categories what consumable would you bring and why?
- Flask/Elixirs: Don't know the name because I've never actually been in a raid on my Druid that wasn't a pug, but the spell power elixir would be it.
- Well Fed: Something with some delicious spell power/spirit action.
- Potion: Mana pots all the way.
What is the (spell) hit your class needs to be viable in a raid? No clue, haven't looked into Boomkin as I don't use it much.
What is your favorite boss fight and why? What boss haven't you fought that you're looking forward to the most? Nefarian was one of my favorite fights ever, as well as C'Thun. I am looking forward to owning Arthas and eventually Deathwing.
What boss mod do you use? Well, I haven't used any in a bit. I've raided enough as DPS, so I never really got one on my Rogue, though that would change for heals.

Everything looks fine to me. We can always use the extra heals. Only thing I see coming up is working on the mods/enchants if we get way into a certain instance and need teh pro healz. Message an officer for an invite next time you're on.
