forum permissions updates

greetings! due to a pretty significant increase in bot traffic over the last few weeks, most of the forums now require you to be logged in. the exceptions are the "general and raid information" and the "guild applications" forums. when logged in you should not notice any difference in the way things work. if you have any questions, please let me know.
